- 600 grams of minced beef
- 100 ml of vegetable oil
- 150 grams of shaved ice
- Three tablespoons of tapioca flour
- A teaspoon of salt
- A teaspoon of sugar
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Half teaspoon of coriander powder
- A tablespoon of minced garlic
- An egg whites
- Flavoring to taste
How to Make Sausage :
- First, enter the minced beef to food processor along with salt and partly shaved ice. Then stir by using medium speed until well blended. Then increase the speed to high speed.
- Next step is enter the vegetable oil into it, Stir again by using medium speed.
