  • Beef meatballs to taste
  • Fish meatballs to taste
  • Prawn to taste
  • 2 choy sums (leaves caisim)
  • A clove of garlic
  • 250 grams of round noodles
  • 100 grams of chicken, cut into squares
  • Quarter teaspoon of ginger, grated until smooth
  • 350 ml water of chicken broth
  • A liter of water to boil
  • 2 tablespoon of sesame iol
  • A tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved into water
  • A tablespoon of fish oil
  • A tablespoon of chili sauce
  • A teaspoon of shoyu (japanese soy sauce)
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of sugar
  • A teaspoon of sweet soy sauce

How to make ramen :

  1. Boiled the noodles into boiling water and leave until the noodles float (noodles ripe).
  2. Prepare oil for for sauting garlic, ginger, and saute it until fragrant cause. Then mix with prawn and chicken, mix well.
  3. Add water of chicken broth, meatballs, seasoning, caisim, stir until boiling and add the cornstarch solution.
  4. Mix until the soup thickens, then add the noodles at the end.
  5. Finally, pour into a bowl, japanese ramen is ready to serve.
